    Who of yopur friends

    What's the difference?

    1) Which of your friends play chess.
    2) Who of your friends plays chess?
Does the differewnce lie in the fact that in number 2 we know that only one person plays chess?
If I were a native speaker of English, I would never shut up. :-)

No, The first is more natural. The number doesn't really matter.

If we know that there is only one other person, we'd ask "Which one of your friends plays chess?"
