I think the last question is unnecessarily redundant.
I'm sorry.
1-1. Though I am a woman, I shall be of help in time of need.
1-2. Being a woman, I shall be of help in time of need.
1-3. A woman, I shall be of help in time of need.
The rule of making participle clauses, can 1-3 make sense?
But I haven't much seen a sentence like 1-3 before.
And there is another question.
2-1. Because there was too much traffic, I used subway.
2-2. There being too much traffic, I used subway.
2-3. There too much traffic, I used subway.
Can 2-3 make sense? Can 'being' be omitted from 2-3?
Thanks in advance.
