    positive as an answer

    Are you comfortable in English?

    Yes, I am.

Do you know to drive car?

    Yes, I do.

I understand these are the natural responses to those questions. However, I am just wondering if we can say "Positive" as an answer. It may not be natural but is it grammatical correct?

    Re: positive as an answer

    No. It makes no sense.

If you want to sound like a robot, use affirmative for yes and negative for no.

    Re: positive as an answer

Your second question should be "Do you know how to drive a car?"

If you want a question that has "positive" as a response, try "What type of charge is on a Hydrogen ion?"
