    traces of chemicals

Please help me correct the following paragraph. Thanks!

For another thing, disposable chopsticks are made by boiling them in toxic chemicals. Bleach and even preservatives are used in the manufacturing process. They contained traces of harmful chemicals such as lead and sulfur dioxide. Undoubtedly, chemicals leak out of the wood while you are eating. People who use the chopsticks risk lung problems, skin allergies and asthma.

    Re: traces of chemicals

The chopsticks piece is for a school competition. Getting us to rewrite it is cheating.

    Thread closed.

Edit: Thread reopened - it turns out the OP is an ESL teacher looking for help in correcting the students' work and this is one of the pieces. I have asked the OP to amend their member profile to make it clear he/she is a teacher, to avoid such misunderstandings again.

Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
