Is the paragraph natural English?

By all accounts, people's eating habits lead to high demand for disposable chopsticks. For the sake of protecting people’s health and conserving natural resources, there is an urgent task to do—stop using disposable chopsticks.

In the first sentence, say:

people's eating habits have led to a high demand for disposable chopsticks....

:)

And 'it is urgent that we stop [or just "to stop"] using disposable chopsticks'. There's no need to call it a task (which it's not), and in any case the collocation of 'do' with 'task' is weak.

The chopsticks piece is for a school competition. Getting us to rewrite it is cheating.

Edit: Thread reopened - it turns out the OP is an ESL teacher looking for help in correcting the students' work and this is one of the pieces. I have asked the OP to amend their member profile to make it clear he/she is a teacher, to avoid such misunderstandings again.
