What is the right difference between these statements ?

What is the difference between below two statements ?

Statement 1: "Should you encounter the same issue again, please mail us"
Statement 2: "If you encounter the same issue again, please mail us"

Is statement 1 right usage ? In what context we need to use it ?

They are both correct and have the same meaning.

Both sentences need an ending punctuation mark. And don't put a space before a question mark.
