Another WPS ship to undergo an interesting conversion was Sea Wren (WPS Hull No. 129)

    Hello everybody!

Another WPS ship to undergo an interesting conversion was Sea Wren (WPS Hull No. 129).

I know that the infinitive structure follows "the first, last, superlative, next, latest, only, etc.".

I think that "another" could be included in the above group which uses the infinitive structure.

In my opinion, the sentence in question could be moddified as follows:

Sea Wren (WPS Hull No. 129) was another WPS ship to undergo an interesting conversion.

    or

Sea Wren (WPS Hull No. 129) was another WPS ship which/that underwent an interesting conversion.

    Thank you.

Could "another" be included in the above group?

I don't think I understand the question. However, the sentences you posted with "another" in them are perfectly fine.
