My cousin bought an ankle brace for his dislocated ankle. I say:

You can wear it in gym class.

    And

You can wear it at/in basketball camp.

    Are all three possible?

    What about?

"You can wear it to class."

Not in BE. I expect AE speakers will accept it.

Why won't BE speakers accept it? What's wrong with it?

I have no answer to that. In AmE, if he wore the brace while going to the class, we would use "to". If he wore it when he was in the class, we would say "in".
