    Talking the most?

The most I can really handle is six or seven days in a row.

I am not familiar with the word "the most" here. Is it a grammatically right? If so, is it a noun? I think there should be something after most like the most days. If native speakers can use the most in this way. That would be very convenient as I can use it whenever I want!! Like, The most I can eat is two or three bowls of noodles.

    Re: the most?

It's grammatically correct and is indeed a noun. We use it regularly.
