Hi, there is a grammar mistake in this sentence: "The roar of the lion is deep and great". But I really can't find the mistake. Can anyone please tell me what the mistake is - and why? Thanks!
Who told you there was a mistake in the sentence, Caroline?
Please end your questions with only a single question mark.
It is unusual to use 'great' like that - 'It gave a great roar' but 'The roar it gave was great'
But I don't think anyone could call that a grammatical error.
