    New format is problematic

The new format is cutting the bottoms of the thread titles off on the full site on my computer and on my phone, the site is barely usable.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

    Re: New format is problematic

I've alerted the powers that be to get it sorted. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Sorry for the teething troubles! Any better now?

    Re: New format is problematic

I can't see the "Quick Links" on my phone.
I use that for "subscribed threads" all the time.
On the phone (for example, from the "Ask a Teacher" forum) I see "Admin Menu" "My Threads" (which are only those I started, not replied to), "Private Messages" "FAQ" "Calendar" and then two things superimposed on one another, one of which seems to be Search" - but unlike when I'm on my computer, I can't see Forum Actions, Quick Links, Unanswered Threads, or Forum Rules.

If "Quick Links" were moved to the left, that would be great.

I think you could remove Calendar from that top list in general... though that could be only me

    Thanks very much!

I'm working on a more robust fix for this, but I've put a stop-gap in place. Hopefully it will be more usable for you.

    Re: New format is problematic

Fixed for me too (FF on Windows 7). There's a very annoying bit of software nagging me to upgrade to W8. My reasons for not upgrading are given here.
