    Photographs

I am wondering if it is correct or not.

Please ask Mr. Taj to bring the following documents with him when he comes to India.

    1) Signed Lease Deed of my house.
    2) Old photographs of my family.
    3) Purchase documents of Mercedes car

    Re: Photographs

I don't know what a "Lease Deed" is. A lease is a contract to rent something. It is signed. A deed shows ownership of a house and is filed in the courthouse. Is "Lease Deed" a term used in India?

Photographs are not "documents" - perhaps you could add "If he could also bring any photographs he has of my family, that would be appreciated" to the end.

Perhaps you mean "The signed contract used to purchase the Mercedes [model]" - I'm not sure. Don't say "of Mercedes car."

I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

    Re: Photographs

Please ask Mr Taj to bring the following with him to India:

    1. Signed [appropriate word] of/to my house.
    2. Any old photographs of my family that he can find.
    3. Documents confirming the purchase of the Mercedes.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Re: Photographs

Thanks for your guidance. Taj is our photographer who lives in Dubai for a long time. He usually visits us so I want to instruct my friend who also lives in Dubai to coordinate with him and bring the things for me
