Aspects of weight reduction shall be considered ... as good as possible

    It's me one more time.

Aspects of weight reduction shall be considered for the design of the deck house as good as possible.

Because this sentence is translated from German, I have asked the "google translate" to translate it back into German.

After receiving a more digestible version, the end result is as follows:

Aspects of weight reduction is to be considered as well as possible for the design of the deckhouse.

I would change it even further and suggest the following translation:

Aspects of weight reduction for the design of the deckhouse is to be considered to the best of the contractor's ability.

    Do you agree with me?

    Thank you.

Hard to say. Google translate is a very untrustworthy friend. Maybe you'd be better off giving us more context

    Here is some context.
The deck house in high tensile steel shall be constructed and erected by the company. Aspects of weight reduction shall be considered for the design of the deck house as good as possible. The deck house shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the rules of the classification society for deck houses.

Re: Aspects of weight reduction shall be considered ... as good as possible

The troublesome phrase was originally "as good as possible", now amended to "as well as possible." I think what they are trying to say is "to the extent possible" or "insofar as possible."
