    ask for ...

When a person wants to go away or is sick and is dying asks other people to forgive.
What idiom can he use to state this request?

    Re: ask for ...

It depends on what needs forgiving, and whether everyone understands what is being referred to.
"Don't think too badly of me" comes to mind, if the infractions haven't been serious.

    Re: ask for ...

As you said the infraction is not serious.
The person won't see another one so he wants the other one to forget his bad works, if maybe he has done any bad things.
Are there any idioms else to state this request?

    Re: ask for ...

Well, you could state it literally: "If I've done anything to hurt you while we've known each other, I hope you have forgiven me for it." (or "I hope you can/will forgive me for it").
"I know I haven't always been a perfect friend. I hope you can forgive me for anything I've done to hurt you."
"I know I can be a prick sometimes; I hope you will forgive me, and remember the good times we've had."
