Im new on this forum. please help with this letter.

this letter is for my little brother for not doing his assignment several times.

Dear Ma’am,


I am very sorry that he did not do his assignment several times. The reason he did not submit it was, I, his brother, always arrive home late. Our other relatives here at home are old so no one can teach him except me.

I am very sorry that my brother didn’t do his homework a couple of times. The reason behind this is I’m too bust at work & our guardian which is my grandparents are old to guide him in his subjects. Next time, I will check his diary regularly and I already talk to my brother regarding with this matter.
