Normal, Non Continuous and Mixed Verb

I went to a website and it said there are 3 types of verbs, Normal, Non Continuous and Mixed Verb
Can you explain all these types?

I have no idea what that classification scheme means. Can you give us a link to that web site.

Thanks. For me, that classification scheme is very strange. I would ignore it.

Yeah, but the types make sense too. It's very important for Present and Past Perfect Continuous.

    Example:

I did a mistake in this sentence:

"He had been working as a manager at McDonald's for a year before he worked for this company."
    It should be:

"He had worked as a manager at McDonald's for a year before he worked for this company."
