    Patternt to follow

I would like to know how I can say in English when you know that some professional is really good at their work and you look at them as a model. I don't know if i can say this person is a model or patter to follow.

    Thank you

    Re: Patternt to follow

    I am not a teacher.

Yes, 'model' is fine. You could also say 'role model' or simply 'example'.
