    Copy e-mail

There is a new colleague joining in our project and I would like to notify others to include him in the future e-mail correspondence.

    Could I say:

    A. Please copy John (e-mail: [email protected]) for any future e-mail correspondence.
    B. Please copy any future e-mails to John (e-mail: [email protected]).

Or is there any other more common way of saying this?
    Thank you!

    Re: Copy e-mail

I found a 'forward' button in my email account, this word may work too.

    Re: Copy e-mail

I am not going to forward any e-mail to my new colleague. What I want to do is to ask everyone in the project to copy their e-mail to the new colleague. However, I am not sure whether 'copy' is the right word here and if so, the correct preposition that should be used with it. Talking about the operation of the e-mail, by copy I meant to c.c. the e-mail to my colleague instead of forward it to him.
    Thank you!

    Can you say:
Please include John in the c.c. mailing list.
