The employer provides such working conditions .... exposure of outsiders eliminated

    Hello everybody!

The employer provides such working conditions and such technical equipment that exposure of employees to ionising radiation should be minimised and exposure of outsiders eliminated.

Do you understand what I mean in the above original sentence?

Here is another version of the same meaning? What do you think? Which sentence sounds better?

Working conditions and technical equipment provided by the employer are such that exposure of employees to ionising radiation should be minimised and exposure of outsiders eliminated.

Both the sentences are recommendations not statements.Thank you

What do you mean by "outsiders"? Contractors and other non-employees on that site, or people who aren't even there?

If this is a recommendation, then I like the second version. Except it should say "should be such that..." and not "are such that."

By "outsiders", I mean persons (employees doing other things) non-exposed or unexposed to ionising radiation during X-ray tests by means of X-ray flaw detectors.
