Radiographers inform the following persons about a place and date/time of performing X-ray tests.
Which version is better?
I assume that you are talking about some specific x-ray exams. Choose the first one. However, if you don't have to pick one of those two, say:
The radiographers will tell the following people when and where the x-ray exams will be performed.
(We normally use people as the plural of person except in things like legal documents.)
