    can we say getting older

    Hi,
I'm using this sentence for an essay I'm writing, I don't know whether it is correct or not.
can we say "he is getting older everyday"?
If yes, what is the difference between it and saying "he is getting old"
and can we say "he is getting old everyday"?
    Thanks

Re: can we say getting older

There is not much difference between "he is getting older every day" and "he is getting old". If anything, the first may be emphasizing the quickness of the aging. Please note that "everyday" should be "every day". "He is getting old every day" doesn't work.
