You are going to celebrate our WONDERFUL family whether you like it or not!

Daughter is sleeping. (Maybe she is on a diet or vegetarian.)
    Mom: Happy Thanksgiving.
Daughter: Mom! I told you! I don't even eat turkey! I'm not celebrating Thanksgiving!
Mom: I don't care. Thanksgiving is about family.
You are going to celebrate our WONDERFUL family whether you like it or not!

    I have 2 questions.
    A. I would like to know the meaning of the next sentence.
You are going to celebrate our WONDERFUL family whether you like it or not!

    B. Is there any difference in meaning between "1(are going to)" and "2(are going to)"?
    1. We are going to move to London next month.
    2. You are going to celebrate our WONDERFUL family whether you like it or not!
