    In the below two sentences which one is correct? would some clarify please.

    Please do let me know if any thing need to be added.
    or
    Please do let me know if any thing need to add.

    Please let me know if you require any more details.
    or
    Please do let me know if any more details require.

    For a start, there is a word missing from both of your first two sentences.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    The "do" is not necessary.
    "Anything" is one word.

    Please let me know if anything needs to be added.
    Please let me know if anything appears to be missing.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
