Hi guys,

What do we need to say "You can call us Monday to Friday 8-5 eastern standard timing" or "time"?

I'm sure you know by now that days of the week must be capitalised. There are two very obvious spelling errors as well. Please re-write your post, paying more attention.

I am not a teacher.

You managed to correctly write the thread title and then proceeded to completely misspell the same words.

The answer is Eastern Standard Time.
