    rough spots in life.

What does "rough spots in life." mean? And also is the last sentence make sense grammatically? Doesn't it have to be "and it is rough sposts.."?
9.. To reach your potential means to push yourself to the limit to achieve your dreams. It will be stressful. Stress is a fact of life.
You will have difficulty and rough spots in life.

    Re: rough spots in life.

A "rough spot" or "rough patch" is a temporary period of time during which things do not go well. The sentence is grammatical, but I would change "difficulty" to "difficulties".
