Hello there everyone.
This is my first post ever on this site. Now I feel a bit nervous to ask and I don't know why haha.

Well, here is my question,
Which is grammatically right?

to+verb and to+verb

Or

to+verb and verb

Example:

I came here to visit my friend and to find a new job.

Or

I came here to visit my friend and find a new job.

(In my opinion, I think the first sentence sounds more right than the second one haha)

Thank you so much. I'm looking forward to all your answers!

Both are grammatically correct, and both forms are commonly used. I suppose missing out the second "to" could give the impression that the writer was hoping that his friend would offer him a job, whereas inserting the second "to" separates the two aspects.

Welcome to the forum, Toey.:-D

In future posts, please don't keep typing 'haha'.

Both sentences are correct and they have the same meaning for me.
