    facilities

I'm trying to translate this sentence into German:

'The property manager routinely inspects the grounds, facilities and equipment to determine if repairs or maintenance are needed.'

What is meant by facilities in this context in contrast to equipment?

    Definition 1A

The "facilities" here would mean buildings, etc.
