    Top clean or top cleans

    Can You help me to find out if " Top Cleans" is a correct form for all kind of cleaning or not much sense at all

    What do you think it means? It has no meaning as written.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
