    What does this mean

I was reading an instruction sheet and ran into this description:Student squats down with hands flat together above for pumpkin stem.

What does it mean? I cannot understand what "hands flat together above" means.

    thanks!

    Re: What does this mean

It probably means raise your hands above your head, then put them together, as if you were clapping or praying. That, no doubt is the pumpkin stem. Then you squat, and you're a pumpkin.
