if i open a file it opened in a document and if i try to open the same file it opened in another document also .is this sentence formation is correct?

No. There are many things wrong with it. The opening word of every sentence, and every 'I' should be capitalised. "If I open a file, it opened ..." is not gramatical. A file is a document, so it's difficult to know exactly what you mean. You then say that if you try to do the same thing again, the same thing happened (again, not grammatical).
'Also' should probably be 'again'
Hint: If I open a files, it opens...", "When I opened a file, it opened ..."
The period comes at the end of the sentence - not attached to front of the following one.
You don't need to leave half a page of white space in your post.
Apart from the grammatical mistakes, it's not clear why you need to say that if you do the same thing a second time, the same result occurs. Do you want to try again to explain what you mean?
