You have to watch your well being and your marriage. Don't work too much! VS You h

    Can you say:

You have to watch your well being and your marriage. Don't work too much!

    VS

You have to watch your well being and marriage. Don't work too much!

    Are both okay?

I'd use the second 'your' - ie. your first sentence.
I would say, "You have to look after your health and your marriage." It's true that well being often incorporates more than health, but "watch your well being" is an awkward phrase.

Why two 'yours' instead of one?

It sounds better. The two things are unrelated (here).
"Could I borrow your knife and fork?"(Correct)
"Could I borrow your knife and your lawnmower?" (Correct)
    This isn't a strict rule.

    not a teacher

'Look after' and 'watch' have different meanings though.
To look after means to take care of. To watch means to monitor.
You can say 'watch your health'.
