    Updated As Reported

    A question about a phrase:

    (Go to the linked page. Next to the phrase "Accepts New Patients: Contact the provider to determine if accepting new patients.", there is a blue cirlce with a question mark. move the mouse pointer over the blue circle and a new label will pop up)

    Choose the ID that matches the office you want to visit. This information is reported by the doctor directly and updated as reported for each plan.

    What does "updated as reported" mean?

    Re: Updated As Reported

    I'm afraid that you haven't included enough of the context for anyone to be able to tell you what it means.
    I'm not a teacher of English, but I have spoken it for (almost) all of my life....

    @Grumpy

    When you go to the page whose link I provided, did you move the mouse over that blue circle with a question mark?

    Re: Updated As Reported

    The link is actually on the word "phrase" in sentence 1 of your post. Bear in mind that many users won't click on links, especially from new members. I clicked on it and it took me to the page of a doctor. I couldn't find your quote anywhere on that page. Please type the full context and surrounding sentences in yourself and post it here.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
