There's a glass walled room in a house for keeping pots of some beautiful plants, not necessarily flowers.
What should I call this room?

Maybe you could call it a plant room. Maybe you could call the pots plant pots. (Although flower pots is more common.)

Change the headword to see plant pots, which is the more common word in BE for pots containing living plants or flowers growing in compost.
