How to build a certain sentence well (inside)

    Hi
I have a problem because I don't know how to write a sentence in English
I wanted to translate that from Hebrew
and how I translate t is

"You sure that since long ago my eyes are no longer looking for you"

I don't know if it good or not
    I want to say that
1.You are sure that (2 things)
1.1. that my eyes are no longer looking for you (Or no longer look for you???)
1.2 that my eyes stopped looking for you a long time ago

so the "stop looking" need to get also "no longer looking" and also "long time ago"
    How do I write that?
is it good what I wrote?

    thank you

If it's a love song, shouldn't it be a little bit more positive?

Ahh, but the yearning of unrequited love is so heart breaking!

Perhaps you can say it from your point of view.

I Only Have Eyes for You. Sung by Art Garfunkel

    (A. Budin, H. Warren)
My love must be a kind of blind love.
I can't see anyone but you.

    Are the stars out tonight?
I don't know if it's cloudy or bright.
I only have eyes for you, dear.

    The moon may be high,
But I can't see a thing in the sky.
'Cause I only have eyes for you.

    I don't know if we're in a garden
    Or on a crowded avenue.

You are here, so am I.
Maybe millions of people go by.
But they all disappear from view.
And I only have eyes for you.
