    stage front

    Don't these have to be corrected like this?
    backstage => backstage zone : backstage is an adverb. can it be used as a noun?
    stage front => front stage
    37)In a sense, emotional display is like theater. We all have a backstage, the hidden zone where we feel our emotions, and a stage front , the social arena where we present the emotions we choose to reveal.

    Re: stage front

    Even though "front stage" is typically more correct in standard English, in the theater world they switch it around and refer to that area as "stage front." Likewise, instead of saying "the left side of the stage", etc., they say "stage left" and "stage right."

    "Heavens to Murgatroyd!" -- that brought back memories. Snagglepuss was a fun character -- a regular in the Yogi Bear show. Yogi Bear himself was a goofball, but was "smarter than the average Bear." Hanna-Barbera produced some really fun stuff back then.
