    I saw he killed

"I saw he killed my brother"
Could I use a subject after a clause? I think, if I used 'him' it would mean 'to be killed'

    Re: I saw he killed

    The sentence is wrong.

I saw him kill/killing my brother.

    not a teacher

So, I can't use 'subject+past participle' because 'saw' is not an intransitive verb?

"I saw that he killed my brother" is fine. The "that" may be dropped in some casual circumstances.

I'd rather use this. I would use 'him' if there's only a clause

    Re: I saw he killed

I think 'I saw my brother killed by him' is grammatical.

    Not a teacher.

Yes, but it's not very natural.
