    I'm not sure what you are asking. Should your title read "Can you help me change the following into two sentences, please"?

    It's a very wordy sentence, but wordiness is typical in the corporate world. Rather than breaking it into two sentences, perhaps you could rephrase it slightly:

    Thanks to the guidance of our mentor, Navin Kumar (CEO), and his rich industry knowledge and visionary approach, XXX* company has reached new heights of success globally in electrical instrumentation services.

    (NOTE: As a rule, you do not use an honorific, such as "Mr.", before a person's name when mentioning his name in text. You would only use the "Mr." if you were personally addressing him.)
