People attend college or university for many different reasons (for example, new experiences, career preparation, increased knowledge). Why do you think people attend college or university? Along with development of society and technology, requirements of education, qualification or social interaction are more and more demanding. Anyone who is not well-educated could not adapt to rapid change of society. To be ready for our future, I think we should attend college or university as it is essential path helping us broaden our knowledge, prepare for our career and build many relationships.
College or universitie contains huge resources for us to obtain and widen our knowledge. There is a variety of both mandatory and optional courses for us to register and decide which major we want to stumble into. As a student, we can find researches and books by accessing to modern libraries and well equipped facilities which are supported by government or other institutions. Furthermore, we can get assistance from professors, discuss with our class mates on issues and exchange our knowledge in academic groups. These things give us solid foundation to become outstanding specialists.
In respect of demanding requirements of companies, college or universitie gives us passports for our career. The solid knowledge which we obtained will enable us to confront with challenges in real world. Our college or universitie is also the bridge between corporations and students with many opportunities of internship. We will have chance to apply what we learn in practice and get experiences during learning period. Besides, we will get diplomas which are recognised publicly as our qualification in the process of applying job.
College or university is a place gathering many prospectives to build relationships. We can meet and make friends with other talented students in various majors and skills, then gradually build wide network where we share our ideas and support each other during and after finishing courses there. There is also alumni association at college or university in which some of them achieve great success on their career path. As a student, we can take advantages of connecting with this asscociation through conferences, seminars or alumni party held at colledge or university.
