Can you say: Nothing is impossible but you've gotta want it bad enough.

    Can you say:

Nothing is impossible but you've gotta want it bad enough.

That would pass as acceptable to many people. However, there's no referent for 'it'.
It would be better as "Anything's possible, but you've got to want it badly enough."

    Not a teacher.

In "want it badly", the adverb "badly" emphasises the intensity of "want", whereas "want it bad" may be taken as someone's desire to spoil something, as in "I want it [to be] bad enough [, so that they wouldn't be able to enjoy it]".

In this context, "to want something badly enough" is more logical, as it seems.

That's not a very likely usage of "want it bad". Essentially it's correct grammatically. But many people would use 'bad' this way as an adverb, similarly to how some people misuse 'gotta' for 'got to'.
