No. You could say "If you e-mail me or send me a text, I will have your contact information."

In my opinion, no you can't . You can say " Email me or text me, and if I know you, I'll add you".

If you add a comma near the start, it's fine.

"If I know you, send me an email or a text and I'll add you."

It sounds like the kind of message you would send someone who is looking for an invite to a social network. Some of them require an existing member to invite new members and they ask that existing members only give those invites to people they know personally.
