Can I say "I don't work in your suggested way because by that way it takes me longer to achive target"?
So is my formation incorrect? What would be the correct one?
"I don't work in the way you suggest because it takes me longer to achieve the/my target(s)"?
I don't do it your way because it would take me longer to finish.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
