    I don't understand the grammar structure. "And" is a conjunction word, so it should connect two parts with the same function. But the two parts are equal, as you can see.

    Can you tell me the answer?

    What's the question? If you're asking whether these two phrases are the same in meaning ("the two parts are equal"), then the answer is, No, they're not. They meaning different things.
    The sentence doesn't flow properly. The second half (after 'and') seems to need a verb, unless the sentence structure is "thanks to
    Snapchat, Skype, Google Hangout and FaceTime, and thanks to the exhilarating feeling of connectedness that comes from even the briefest video conversation.
