Celta Pre-Interview Test Language Awareness

Hey Guys,

Having a little trouble in describing the difference in meaning between these two sentences.

a. If they offer you a job, will you take it?

b. If they offered you a job, would you take it?

I understand the difference, its just that I'm finding it hard to put into words.

The CELTA tasks are designed to find out what you know and whether you can explain it. I'm afraid we can't help with such tasks. The CELTA people need to know your strengths and your weaknesses.
