Which one is correct if i want to say that the cinema currently works.
The cinema is open.
What about the door? is it the same?
The door is open.

Yes. They mean slightly different things but the word is the same.
The cinema is now open = The cinema is now available for use by the public.
The door is now open = The door is now in the open position.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
