Please would you correct the mistakes in my sentences.

1. If Tom were as hard-working as his sister is, he would never have any problems in school.
2. If the Johnsons were rich, they would have three cars as their neighbours have.
3. If Kim had managed to get a job, she would have probably moved out as her brother did.

If 'is' were replaced with 'was', would it refer to the past or the present?

If 'have' were replaced with 'had', would it refer to the past or the present?

I would remove "is" from #1, along with a couple of other little amendments to make it more natural (in BrE, at least).

If Tom were as hard-working as his sister, he would have no problems at school.
