    Do we need 'and' before this adjective?

    Hi,

    May I, please, know if we need an 'and' before the last adjective in the following sentence?


    'I am an innovative, hard-working, and dedicated individual, and I can...'

    Without an "a" before "hard-working" an "a" before "dedicated" would be wrong, in my opinion.
