Try to do it yourself, then the teachers here will comment on it.

    I am not a teacher.

    Is it like this:
A large building has been being constructed.

I would use 'under construction' instead of 'being constructed'.

There's nothing grammatically wrong with this, but we tend to avoid be/been being as much as possible, so it's not a good sentence to use in the passive. Using something like under construction or the active makes for a far more natural sentence.

Re: how to change it to passive

Students usually only want to know how to turn an elegant active voice sentence into an ugly, improbable passive one when it has been given to them as a class assignment.

Is that the case here, amd?

Re: how to change it to passive

If that's the case, the strict passive is "A large building has been being constructed by them."
No one would say that though.
