    Does anyone on this forum play basketball in indoor gyms?

    Let's say you're playing ball and you accidentally passed the ball out of bounds. And you say:

    "that's/that was my fault."

    VS

    "it's/it was my fault."

    Which one would be okay?

    They're both OK. We don't need to be able to play basketball in order to answer that question.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
