    My baby has diarrhea and it has been 4 days.

    My baby has diarrhea and it has been 4 days.
    My baby has been diarrhea for 4 days.

    Which one is correct? Can I say in the first sentence?

    Neither is correct.

    'My baby has had diarrhea for four days.'

    (The BE spelling is 'diarrhoea'.)
