    Use "for" there.

(You work with your coworkers. You work for your pay.)

But the pay comes with the job, no?

The pay and other things come with the job but you work for a salary/money.

The pay comes with the job, yes. (At least, you hope so.)

I wouldn't expect to see the word "work" in a job description. It usually says something like:

    Hours: 10 per [calendar month]
    Salary: $400 per calendar month
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
